- BBBoudicaAug 21, 20151.0I ordered a big philly via the app. My sandwich wasn't ready as ordered. .. it wasn't even started and I was 5 minutes late. When I received my sandwich it didn't have the extra meat which was obvious by the weight of the sandwich. The employee proceeded to heat up the extra meat put some cheese on it and placed it in a to go bag so that the cheese and meat stuck all over the inside of the bag. When I arrived home to fix my sandwich it wasn't even toasted.
