- ACAlan CroyMar 28, 20261.0Placed an order through the app and paid. However store is closed. No note in the window or on the door with any explanation. Subway doesn't have customer service phone numbers. So now I'll have to call my credit card company to get the charge reversed.
- AMAmanda MetcalfMar 20, 20261.0If I could truly put a zero, I would put a zero last night I came in with my boyfriend and my stepson and the gentleman that was working was sitting inside of his vehicle outside of the store around eight or 9 o’clock, then came in and came straight to the Food to put his gloves on and was simply mad when I asked him can you please wash your hands? He says I was just sitting in the car waiting for a customer. I says I used to be a GM of restaurants I said you don’t think it’s all right that you wash your hands after you touched your door of your car and the door outside before you’re touching peoples food. This restaurant has to completely do better and trained their employees the correct way. On top of that going in looking at their food display rotten tomatoes I will be contacting the health department. If I do not hear from this restaurant, I did try to call them and it goes straight to voicemail.

I will never eat at this location again. Lost a customer over $8 refund... I never complain but that was just awful.
