  Found on Google snd dudnt disappoint. First time diner at this location with a nice welcome an artful sub maker and very professional, personalable manager, William. Space is clean, including bathroom and very organized. Sub special is more than affordable with a weekly menu and delish. A definite return.

  The service at this location it atrocious, I ordered a large fountain drink with my curbside order, the employee attempted to hand me a bottled drink, I requested the beverage I paid for and the employee goes "so you mean you don't want this" like I'm the jerk for asking for the item I paid for. They switched the item out but only filled the drink 3/4 of the way, additionally the sub was to be toasted and I received a cold untoasted sub.

  Dear Management, I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my recent visit. I stopped by around 7:30 p.m. to place an order, but unfortunately, the interaction didn’t meet my expectations. The team member on duty seemed disengaged and didn’t acknowledge my greeting, which made the experience less welcoming. I chose to visit your other location on 9th Ave N and 49th St instead, where I was greeted warmly and received excellent service from the staff there. The difference was noticeable and very much appreciated. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I truly believe with a bit more focus on customer service training, all your locations could consistently deliver the same great experience.
