I stopped by around 7:30 p.m. to place an order, but unfortunately, the interaction didn’t meet my expectations. The team member on duty seemed disengaged and didn’t acknowledge my greeting, which made the experience less welcoming. I chose to visit your other location on 9th Ave N and 49th St instead, where I was greeted warmly and received excellent service from the staff there. The difference was noticeable and very much appreciated. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I truly believe with a bit more focus on customer service training, all your locations could consistently deliver the same great experience.
