  Umm did not look clean, the bearded lady did not seem to care to serve me. She said nothing to me when I walked in so I said cheerfully hello how are you, she did not give a response. I gave her my order, the veggies looked old, the meat balls were literally cold. The entire place seemed gross. I’ll never be back

  Girl behind the counter giving me my order thru the app said she was too busy to give me the extra sauce I requested and wouldnt give it to me. Very flustered by people. Hardly any chicken on my chicken, bacon, ranch. They skimping on people here bad!

  Ordered a Sub Meal through Subways Official Website: Footlong Sub, drink, and chips or 2 cookies. I chose the 2 cookies. I ordered for delivery because I am currently at work. When the delivery driver arrived with my food, it had the sub and drink, but no cookies and on the receipt, the workers just wrote "out". No call saying they were out, would you like to sub for something else? Just took my money for a meal when I did not end up with a meal. I called the restaurant, and they said they cannot refund me for the cookies I did not receive but that I could go pick them up if I really wanted them. I cannot leave work to pick up cookies I ordered for delivery and told them as much. They said it was not their fault, they told the delivery driver to call me. I didn't order through a 3rd party website, I ordered through Subway. It is on Subway to make sure I get what I paid for. While the sub itself is good, the staff at this location are horrible and don't take accountability for their own mistakes and stealing customers money by not giving them what they paid for. Would recommend going to a different location.

  Second time coming here on Thurs, Oct. 9, 2025. Ordered my usual spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese footlong. Wanted to use the restroom to wash up, but the employee said it’s out of order and still hasn’t been fixed. In addition they don’t have any free water cup to get tap water from the machine. The other employee said you have to pay for it. Definitely lack of kindness and resources at this Subway location. Very stingy.
