I used to love Panera but it's gone down hill or maybe just this one. Either way I've been let down too many times now. Lovely staff though. Despite their best efforts to fail, the Panera corporate team did one thing right.

I stopped ordering from them on UberEats because what showed up was usually wrong. My kids wanted it today so gave them another chance and sure enough, they screwed it up again. I get its a bunch of kids working there but at some point management needs to get it together.

He got a bowl of chili, which was more like a cup than a bowl; I got a cookie and a chai tea latte, and a bowl of cheddar broccoli to go home. My soup was prepared for eat in, I had to tell them it was wrong and wait for it to be changed. I had to wait over 10 minutes at the counter to get my chai tea latte! Meanwhile, my father was eating as I waited on the staff to make a small drink. The chai tea latte was the worst tasting one I've ever had at a Panera bread. When we got in line, there was one else there. There is no reason I should have waited this long, except that our cashier immediately became a customer, and got her food and left long before I had my drink! Needless to say, we will not be spending anymore money at a Panera Bread Co!
