I ordered online when I went to pick it up I was missing 2 bagels, when I went back in I told the lady working at the front very kindly that I was missing my bagels and told her to take her time getting them, there was only 2 people in the store and I wasn’t in a rush, once those words left my mouth she was rude, looking at me like I was stupid, and made it seem like I was an inconvenience for them messing up my order, the gentlemen working there was very kind no issue with him. And i understand everyone has bad days but being happy with every customer that walked then being rude to me just didn’t seem right. I’m done with this company will never return, no one should be treated that way bc the employees messed up an order.

I had a bagel sandwich with egg and cheese and some peppery cream cheese spread that was delicious. The actual bagel was soft and had little cheesy crispy bits that were toasted. Very good decision.
