  visited a couple times w/my mom around the 2016 timeframe. as north pinellas natives we were suprised to never have heard of this place. especially since we do a lot of fine dining and are huge foodies. dont be fooled by the name- this is a 5 star florida seafood restaurant with a beautiful food presentation! the aquarium is the cherry on top 🐠

  Families beware!! They have no official kid menu but charge $19 per meal! The options were basic and small so not worth the price. It is cheaper to get an adult entree (a full burger was $18) and split it. It’s a shame we were not made aware of this cost because my children loved seeing the fish.

  We picked up for dinner yesterday and when we returned to the hotel The chicken that we ordered on our salad was missing and I asked for extra hollandaise sauce on my salmon and it came with absolutely none and when I went all the way back down to pick up what we ordered, I was talking to the lady and she said whoever took my order, didn’t write down chicken and then made some cocky remark like “ this is why you hold onto the receipt” even though if whoever took our order actually listened this wouldn’t be a problem so that wasn’t my fault at all and then charged me $10 for almost 5 slices of grilled chicken and gave me one tiny cup of hollandaise even though I asked for extra by the time I got back after being in that restaurant waiting for 30 minutes to get what we ordered my food has gone completely cold

  I really enjoyed my visit here. It was my first time, and I came with friends. The seafood dishes truly impressed me. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first because the last seafood-oriented restaurant I visited didn’t leave a good impression—maybe I just chose the wrong items there. But this place completely changed my expectations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I’m glad I gave it a try and will definitely be coming back!

  Absolutely outstanding experience at RumFish Grill in St. Petersburg. My best friend and I came in about 30 minutes before closing, and instead of feeling rushed, we were treated with incredible hospitality from start to finish. Our waiter, Matt, was elite. Attentive, professional, warm, and genuinely on top of everything. He made the entire experience feel effortless. The food was phenomenal — absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and worth every bite. What impressed us even more was how accommodating the entire staff was, especially that close to closing time. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and clearly committed to giving great service. It is rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of food, service, and atmosphere all at once, especially late in the evening. RumFish Grill absolutely exceeded expectations. Huge thanks to Matt and the whole team for making our night so memorable. We will definitely be back.
