  Understaffed on Easter night, with a long line at the drive-thru and no one attending the windows (which were closed) for payment and pickup.

  To begin with this is my first written review I’ve ever done. I reached out to McDonald’s multiple occasions for the owner or the franchise owner to reach out to me. I will be writing more reviews for this location being a St Pete beach resident On multiple locations, giving this McDonald’s a few chances because everybody can have abad day. The manager, Nisha of this location, bullies, her employees and treats the customers the same. Instead of setting an example of management I seen some of our employees actually scared of her. This is unacceptable behavior and I hope McDonald’s corporate gets involved. I will be calling corporate again because this management and franchise owner has no business being part of McDonald’s.   Probably the worst McDonalds i have been to in my life. 9/10 times they get the order wrong even mobile orders. Even when placing a mobile order 15-20 min in advance, they do not have it ready upon arrival and i end up waiting longer than if i went inside at a normal McDonalds. I live nearby so it’s a convenient stop, but i keep making the mistake of going here and expecting good results.

  Worst service I have ever received in my life. My group and I ordered and paid for shakes, and after we waited for a few minutes, a worker aggressively told us they didn’t have shakes anymore, that it was too late to refund, and that she had told us when we walked in and that she couldn’t do anything. No one in my group had heard her, and she didn’t stop us from paying, so we tried to politely ask for a refund, and she started to get mad and argue with us even though we were respectful. She started to argue with someone in my group and then got frustrated and then finally made the shakes. Which took only 3 minutes. She brought all my friends orders out and when i told her i didn’t have mine she claimed it never went through and she couldn’t make it. It wasn’t until i pulled out my bank account statement and showed her the money leaving my account that she rolled her eyes and made my order. Terrible experience overall, very rude employees and I cannot recommend this location to anyone ever. Everyone was rude and aggressive the minute we stepped into the building. We also came around 8pm, well before this location closed.
