This Wendy's has really gone downhill. Got a burger today. I guess they were making a smash burger because it was super thin and over cooked. It was like a burned crisp that resembled a burger from years gone by. Will not be going to this location anytime soon again.

My wife and kids drove for 4 days straight from Kansas City and moved into a roach infested apartment only to immediately switch to a new one upon moving all of our crap in. After 4 hours of moving crap excited to reward my family with some hamburgers and here I am faced with this train wreck.
1. Got there at 11:40 PM. There was a tractor trailer blocking the drive thru.
2. I went into the lobby. The employee told me the lobby was closed and I had to go through the drive thru. I told him the drive thru was blocked. He told me he would get in trouble if I ordered in the lobby. I once again told him the drive thru was blocked. HE TOLD ME TO REVERSE MY WAY INTO THE DRIVE THRU FROM THE EXIT. WHAT?!?
3. After reverseing into the drive thru, I get to the ordering box and it said Wendy's is closed. I pull up to the window and get completely ghosted by the staff.
4. I walk up to the back door where deliver men were coming in and out of and still get ignored. Finally a guy says the box automatically says that Wendys is closed....SUUURREEEE IT DOES....He told me to go back to the box and there will be a guy on the other line.
5.i go back to the box only to hear the guy say "We only have nuggets and fries."
What in the heck kind of service is Wendy's running?!?
