Wondering why I had no lettuce or tomato on my “Supreme” burrito? The sour cream was added. So, what gives? When will people start paying attention when they do their jobs?

Everything was smooth, but bro. How did we mistake my steak burrito for a bean burrito 😭I’m not driving 25 minutes back to fix that but come on. Couldn’t have mistakes it for any other protein this is just mush

I just ordered a grilled steak burrito and I added refried beans and sour cream.
First off it was not grilled, but I was going to eat it anyway because I’m extremely hungry. I don’t normally go to Taco Bell because they always Screw something up.
But then there’s no steak only Ground beef, and then the sour cream was owed. It was a tube shape glob that was very hard. I had to spit it out as I bid into it, and the taste was horrific.
Never again will I eat there and I will be letting everyone that I know:-know how disgusting this place is
