I have their signature latte, the iced golden eagle and I tried a different latte too and all 3 times the espresso in it was so nasty. It tasted very old and stale. Also they told me they put the same amount of espresso and sweetener pumps in a small and in a medium which seemed true because the medium was much less sweet and less bold than when I got a small. I wanted to like it but it has just not been good in my experience. Maybe it's just this location. Also no atmosphere because you can't go inside.

Our drinks were perfect even with our modifications and we couldn’t be happier. Skyler greeted us with the nicest demeanor and was so helpful. Love this location, we need one in mandarin!

I like to go nearer to closing time because the employees at the end of the night are full of the most positive energy. Dani and Mia especially; I've been back specifically to visit them multiple times. We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
