- HEHaley EApr 29, 20261.0My girlfriend just got her wisdom teeth out and we were getting soup, we both got pick 2's with mac and cheese and soup, somebody didn't close the lids all the way on both of the soups so they spilled all over the bag, ruined the bread, napkins, and it was a mess. Waste of 25 dollars. Teach your workers how to put a lid on.

By the time I was able to order, it had turned 11:00 AM and I was told that soup was not available or at the required temperature until 11:40 AM. I placed my order with the cashier, Vegas. There was no communication while waiting in line, and I ended up stuck in the drive-thru with limited options after already waiting. In total, it took over 25 minutes just waiting in line for a simple order. I ultimately requested a refund due to the excessive wait. The service, wait time, and overall experience were extremely disappointing. This location needs serious improvement.

The manager saw me standing there and did not ask to take my order. A minute or two later, two women then walked over behind me from the kiosk and started talking to the manager. She proceeded to take their order. We ended up walking out without ever having ordered. Unbelievably rude service at this Panera.
