  It's not staff fault at all, but on the mobile app, I took onions and pickles off my bacon quarter pounder. The store's ticket printed "only mustard, ketchup, and American Cheese" so, that's exactly what I got. No bacon. If you guys know a way to solve this miscommunication between the mobile app and your order receiver, I'd greatly appreciate it.

  Is this a 24 hours McDonald's or not? At 3:37 they claimed to be closed after gave us an order through the drive through and didn't give us our sauce. We immediately pulled back through, there was nobody else in line, and they claimed they were closed and refused to give us that sauce while one employees was sat sitting inside eating. The tall skinny white boy with messed up teeth who had been sitting outside smoking told my mother he "didn't need the attitude" and that he "should just say goodnight to us" and he "doesn't have to give us anything". I was told to not give them an attitude just for asking for the sauce that was meant to come with my meal less than five What McDonald's closes at 3:35am?

  If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. The night shift is incompetent and I have no idea how a company can hire such ignorant people who have no idea how to run such a simple FAST FOOD place. Do not waste your time ordering a mobile order, they take 30 minutes to take your order at the speaker and then get an attitude whenever you pull to the window asking where your food is. Sad that this McDonald’s is run by such ignorant, incompetent people. DO BETTER! We will be getting our money back. #GOODLUCK.

  There’s nothing like the start of a vacation than trying McDonald’s brand new “product” in St. Augustine, FL, one of America’s oldest cities. This store visit was clean, looked recently renovated, and the moment I walked inside, I was immediately greeted by my McDonald’s mobile order, the Big Arch Meal. In 2026, finding the words “fast food” and “cheap” in the same sentence are hard to come by. For a Large Big Arch meal, $13.49 is the damage this burger will do to your purses. The taste was great. I would say on par with a classic American sit down diner. The bun was fluffy, the sauce and lettuce were good and added an extra acidity and the cheese and beef were great and filling. The Diet Coke was classically good. The fries were salted and fried well. This is fast food… presentation isn’t supposed to be an art piece but I’d say this was better than most. All in all, I need to try Big Arch before it leaves the menu again.
