I don't know what the actual problem is behind the curtain here, but accuracy and consistency are not words I would associate with this location. I have been here at least 8 times - exclusively in the drive thru - but only once was my order actually correct. I order the exact same salad every time, but there's nearly always something wrong with my order. Wrong dressing, wrong toppings, missing toppings, entirely wrong order in the bag with my name and order on it. Next time I'm jonesing for a salad, I'd be better off throwing $15 in singles into a bowl, coating them with dressing, and eating that instead.

I was only waiting for a short period of time, nothing unreasonable. But for the wait Ron still apologized and offered me a drink and truly seemed like he cared about getting me my order in a timely manner. The other associate who place the order in the window was also very polite and helpful ensuring I had all my items all the way down to the straw at the very end.

Tried their new hot creme brulee drink on a cold day. First, she gave it as a cold drink so she had to remake it hot. Got home and realized the cup was only half full. This place is a 'hot n miss'. Sometimes they get the order right, other times, they don't. Otherwise, the food isn't too bad for a drive thru.

This is the Second time (and last) that I visit this panera location, i ordered a grilled cheese sandwich.
Bread was soggy (not grilled all the way), used some cheap kraft / American cheese that tasted like plastic which they smothered very messily or put way to many slices the sandwich , either way it was coming out on both sides & it was a hot mess. (Maybe a 3 yr old would be ok with that, See pics please)
Shame on panera for using cheap cheese on such a simple sandwich , the bread usually highlight on your sandwiches was a soggy mess.
Worst part of this visit was asking for a replacement sandwich instead of refund. I did drive thru & I had to go inside to request if they “could do that” as per the drive thru employee….
I ordered my usual , the Mediterranean & of course it was missing the onions , tomatoes looked not ripe (pink) & they barely put any hummus at all which makes the sandwich what it is.
Seems the kids working there dont seem to care much, the area where the sandwiches get veggies / toppings was all dirty with left over lettuce etc. grossed me out.
Im Never stopping to that location ever, nocatee’s and beachwalk always consistent with food … also nice , friendlier staff. The assistant mgr / mgr seem like she was doing me a favor when other employee discussed situation. (I didnt ask angrily, i was nice & just showed the sandwich , asked them for something else as at this point I was starving)
This place needs a new / better manager to keep an eye on quality…
