    If you are a fan of Panera Bread.. get ready for disappointment. This location has gone down hill incredibly fast. The food is just ok, but the prices have gone up. The service here is terrible and they are completely understaffed! I don’t think any of the 16 year olds in there could smile if you paid them. The manager seemed stressed and aloof. The restroom was worse than a gas station. Also. It’s Panera Bread.. how can they run out of bread!!!!!

    Fantastic baguette, fresh and served warm and crispy! the young Lady at the front register was welcoming and kind and refilled the coffee right on time to get it fresh. Fantastic experience!

    Stood at the counter to order for 10 minutes and multiple employees did not even make any kind of acknowledgement. So eventually just walked out and went elsewhere.

    My daughter placed an order through the app. Her food was delivered on time , but was missing her drink and her complimentary bread with her soup. After multiple calls , she just got the run around saying they are too busy call in 15 minutes, we will send you a drunk with another driver. She called at least 5 times. Sometimes her calls weren't answered. I finally took apon myself to call. My daughter is in college and has the flu. She was waiting 3 hours for her tea and bread. Thankfully, I got the assistant manager on phone. She was so unbelievably understanding. So much so , that she delivered my daughter's drink and bread personally. I can't thank Nikki enough for going out of her way. I will be placing a call to corporate so they can acknowledge you. I'm so grateful! You're truly amazing!

    I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the service I received today at your drive-through. I had less than ten minutes before starting work at the business directly across the parking lot, so I chose the drive-through for efficiency. Before ordering, I checked my app and saw that I had a BOGO promotion allowing me to purchase a second sandwich for five dollars. When I reached the speaker, the very first thing I said was that I had this BOGO deal and wanted to use it. Instead of acknowledging the promotion, the employee ignored what I said and simply asked what I wanted to order. I ordered one breakfast sandwich and one lunch sandwich, which seemed reasonable given the promotion I had already mentioned. When I reached the window, I was told that my phone number “didn’t pull up anything,” despite it being the correct number connected to my app. I then showed the promotion directly on my phone. Only after consulting with another employee did she return and tell me that the deal required two lunch sandwiches. By this point, nearly ten minutes had passed. What is most frustrating is that this requirement was never communicated when I initially mentioned the deal at the start of the order. To make matters worse, I was then told that I never mentioned the promotion at all — which is simply untrue. As a manager at a retail store right across the parking lot, I can say with confidence that this interaction reflects poor training, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. The employee appeared rushed, dismissive, and uninformed, and made no effort to resolve the situation or take ownership of the mistake. Because of this experience, I left without breakfast and had to return to work frustrated and disappointed. I’ll admit I didn’t stop to read every detail of the offer beforehand, but that does not excuse the fact that I clearly stated the promotion upfront and was mishandled at every step afterward. This experience speaks volumes about the level of customer care being prioritized here — and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. My ratings for food and atmosphere is based on my general experience at this location this past week.
