No apologize. Nothing extra was offered for the inconvenience. I gladly tipped the lady who had to keep bringing my food to the car. Training is an issue at this store. Mild incompetence at the mangers level. My order was placed at 1200 noon. And the final correct order was received at 12:20pm.

I went up to the window and saw three workers standing on their phones. After then I waited another three minutes and I left and canceled my order.
