Every time I am handed my coffee it's incomplete no whipped cream or chocolate. Today my husband ordered me a large chocolate mocha signature latte iced and was given a large iced latte 4 cml choc syr, it's so sweet and nothing like what was ordered. Very disappointed with the attention to detail at this location.

Not looking forward to the hefty bill and loss of work :(
