I went through the drive thru this morning around 10 am, I had a mobile order as per usual, and i just went through the mobile land and pulled up to the window. I was rudely greeted by what i can only assume to be the shift lead, as i always see her yelling at other employees. She asked for the name for the order, i replied, and then she snapped at me and practically yelled about how i should’ve said my name at the speaker. There is a little speaker box in the mobile lane, but they have NEVER used it, so how was I supposed to know? And then she proceeded to mock me and act like I was some idiot lowlife. I will be taking my business to a different location after this experience. Also my coffee tastes disgusting today as well.

After a mishap with my drink being given to someone else and me asking the server about it , I was met with smart comment and was refused a refund when I asked . Then , the other server decided she needed to get mouthy with me . I’m from out of town so I won’t be getting a replacement drink in the future but I would def not recommend this location to anyone . Thank God for Starbucks .
