  Absolutely the worst dunkin experience ever. After they took my order I pulled to the window (mind you I was the only person in line) and paid. 5 minutes later they handed me my donut. Then after saying your drink will be out shortly, another 10 minutes goes by before I got my drink. The workers were rude and I watched them stand and talk in that time I was waiting. They are all just mean and don’t care about the customers wait time or if they have things to do. Do better cause this sucked, ruined my day.

  Honestly service not bad, wait time isnt bad. What upsets me is that the last 3 times I have visited this location, I got the same girl in drive through as the cashier. Everytime I pay, I pay with card. She pulls out this handheld device and saids "its just gonna ask you a quick question". Its a tip option. I dont mind tipping, but she deliberately holds the screen in a way where all the tip options are closest to me and the furthest option to "not tip" is away from me. I dont mind tipping a dollar or two but there is no reason I should pay 20% for a damn coffee. I can barley reach the "no tip" and have clicked on 20% on accident 2 out of the 3 times during my visit here. I will not be coming back for a 4th time. Make sure your cashiers have screen facing your customers, its deliberate what that cashier is doing. To bad I dont have a name.

  RUDE RUDE ATTITUDE PROBLEMS!!!! THE EMPLOYEE SLAMMED THE WINDOW WHEN I ASKED HOW COME I CANNOT GET SAUSAGE INSTEAD OF BACON FOR A MEAL DEAL COME ON EVERY OTHER DUNKIN YOU CAN!! THEN WOULD NOT COME BACK TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE SHE HAD A MAJOR ATTITUDE & SENT SOMEONE ELES TO DEAL WITH ME. IF YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB WITH A SMILE GO TO WORK SOME WHERE ELES.
