This time we waited 25 minutes to get our food (inside) only when others that came in after us started getting served others found out our food wasn't even ready. We only ordered 2 combo chicken supreme meals, so it isn't even like we ordered a lot.

My order was messed up (3 piece chicken - 2 thighs and 1 leg) so I went back to the counter, the lady employee looked at my plate and said "they messed up your whole order, what you have is a breast and 2 legs". Ok so I got a breast instead of a thigh, I wasn't upset I just wanted my 2nd big piece of chicken I paid for, breast, thigh, whichever. The lady employee gave me 2 thighs that I was suppose to have. Unexpectedly I almost had a whole chicken for the price of a 3 piece.

Twice we have ordered ahead for pick up and once going thru drive thru. The orders have taken far too long, upwards 45 minutes, despite not being busy. They are always out of items, no one seems to know what's going on. Customers given the wrong orders. Simply not worth the headache

I only gave a 2 star review on the service because the gentleman that I brought the biscuit to seemed to actually care, though I think he was too shocked to offer an apology. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
