  The service here is awful! The drive through ladies were rude and trying to rush me out the line and didn’t even get my order right. I was missing biscuit from all my orders and did not receive any sauces I requested. They also never gave me my dessert. The food I did have was okay but could have been better. The workers have to do better. I went very early in the day so I’m not sure why they already had attitudes and acted like they didn’t want to work. Here’s a tip, next time make sure the order is correct before trying to rush someone out the line. (PS. There was no one behind me in line for them to be rushing nor any customers inside) I will not be back at this location.

  It was delicious. Ive truly missed bojangles. I hadn't had it since 2015 when I went to NC. I didn't know we even had locations in Florida. This was my husband & kids 1st ever experience trying it & they tore it up. My husband's entire meal was gone before we got back to our hotel that was like 10 mins away. My oldest said its a 10/10 for his kids tender meal with mac & cheese. I had the classic sandwich meal & shared with my 1yr old who ended up eating a good amount of the chicken & majority of my mashed potatoes.

  I’ve been a constant customer here for the last year and today will be my last visit. The food today like most days was good and fresh but….everything I paid for wasn’t in my bag. This location consistently forgets all of your food and I have to make sure I check before I pull off. This morning, they forgot one of my biscuits and did the same exact thing just a few days ago. I had to park, go inside, wait longer….just to get attitude about the mistake they made and get my food. I live in St Augustine and make a decent living……why would I go in there and lie about a $2 biscuit? Hopefully a Hardee’s or Jacks will open on 16 because Bojangles is the only restaurant of its kind in the immediate area and management at the Bojangles location lack empathy and common sense

  Jalen has the worst nasty attitude. Watched us walk in. Ignored us. Had to be told to take our order. Told me I couldn't order Bo bites a la carte even though I can on the app. Told us that my husband's combo didn't come with a drink even though it's clearly on the receipt. Just all around seemed bothered that he had to do work. Working in customer service is completely optional. Maybe go get a job where you don't have to provide customer service. The dining room was disgusting despite him walking around randomly wiping things and sweeping. The tea was terrible so my husband went to get me another drink and Jalen watched him and then rolled his eyes. Like sorry..the tea sucked. The food was fresh but the wait was almost 20 mins. Another person behind the counter did apologize for the wait.
