We just encountered the rudest worker. The store was supposed to open at 10:30am. We waited for 20 minutes in the parking lot and when we walked in at 10:30 she rudely told us they were not going to be open for another 30 minutes to an hour. The door was OPEN. I was so confused and thrown off with how rude she was! Like it was our fault for showing up during open hours.

Hate to leave a bad review.... but I've been to many different locations and this one is the most disappointing. Consistently makes my order wrong when I place a mobile order, and seems to skimp on ingredients. The bag for my large chips and queso had very few chips to go with the dip. The man who remade my order today was very polite, though.

Went to CAVA last night, but the line was extremely long, so we decided to walk over to QDOBA instead. When we got there, the place was nearly empty, just two guys ahead of us and a group of three women waiting near the register for a pickup order. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes while the two employees finished helping the customers in front of us. After they checked them out, the group of women asked about their order, which they had placed five hours earlier. One of the employees responded with a pretty rude comment, basically telling them to look around and understand there were only two people working, so they’d have to wait. The women were understandably frustrated since their order should have already been ready. Right after that, the other employee turned to us and said it would be about a 20-minute wait for our food as well. At that point, we decided to leave. The lack of customer service and organization made the whole experience feel like a complete waste of time.

We have been ordering from here and eating here very regularly, because my son has ARFID and ASD and is very picky (eats very limited variety of foods, but likes a few items from here). BUT: The manager at this place has been extremely RUDE, especially today!!!! We came in and patiently waited for ANYONE to come to the counter, so we could order our food. After a while, the cook looked around the corner, mumbling something, and disappeared into the back. Finally, after at least 5 minutes or more, the “manager” came out from the restroom, to disappear into the back/kitchen. When she finally decided to come out, she mumbled something under her breath, putting on gloves, asking “what do you want?” in the rudest tone of voice. She appeared to have an attitude and was in a bad mood before we/I ever said anything. I said that I did not realize she was talking to US (I thought she was still talking to the cook and I couldn’t understand her) and that I would have expected a “welcome in, or hello.” She sarcastically said “hello” and then stormed off, refusing to serve us food! She yelled something about me/us constantly complaining, which is untrue. I myself complained ONE time, when they got our entire order wrong (again, I am already dealing with a kid who is particular in what he will eat; there was at least one other time when our delivery order was wrong, but we did NOT go back to complain. At a previous visit SHE was RUDE again, snapping at my kid (!) demanding him to speak up (granted, he can speak up more BUT he is on the spectrum and has anxiety), AND she is in a service industry! I expect courtesy and to get the food I/we actually ordered. When I tried to contact GDOBA to express my grievances, I realized there is NO CONTACT phone number. The catering number I found/called to inquire how to contact anyone in charge gave me an email which was INVALID and the email address I found was INVALID as well. I only was able to fill out some contact form, which I did. We won’t be back!!!

Walked in with my family to very loud and inappropriate rap music blasting with vulgar language. We were the only ones there yet the tables were dirty and the floors unswept. Food was not terrible but it wasn’t good either. Soggy bag of tortilla chips which was a first. During our visit a drug addict came in off the street, used the restroom, and was given free food by one of the staff who I’m speculating was the manager. She walked around the entire time on a personal phone call on speaker phone. I’ve never seen such an unprofessionally run and poorly managed establishment. This place will be out of business soon so don’t bother going.
