  From the jump the host, Jacob and our server Tommy provided phenomenal service. It’s on a busy Saturday night they were pleasant. Our server even brought us little wipes for the wings we ordered which I’ve NEVER received before. The management team should be proud of these two employees; My wife & I never had such a nice experience at a restaurant before. Please give those two my regards. 10/10

  I am not a fan of leaving reviews but, my dine in experience left me with not ever wanting to return to Outback ever,ever again. Now, the last time was going to be the last . The time frame was 5-6 months ago maybe longer. My friend who now lives in Tampa had to get up for an interview and drive time for her is one hour. 1st waiter never asked her if she wanted Something to Something to drink. In fact , I usually let it go. The wait time was an and a half. In fact , 9:40pm.!!!! Out. Back closes at I’m10 . Sarah was the second person along with the mgr nastily theirs always a problem?? Excuse me never a Well Dinner a working all day this poor service???!! You lost 2 customers for good and always having to have the food redone. Never a consistent meal. No more period! That was enough for me and a dear friend who need to be cheerful after her personal issues. At least I made her laugh. She did not even eat or take the food home with her. She was right though with the level of poor service I just want to leave. You really need better cooks and nicer help

  The whole experience was phenomenal! Tommy is the best waiter!! He is so friendly and on top of it! You can tell he truly cares for his customers! One of the managers came by to check in to ensure things were good! On our way out the host held the door open for us! What a fantabulous crew! And the food was delicious! Love love Tommy and the crew!

  The service was good as always but unfortunately they have changed the seasoning on the steak. It is now overwhelming salty. Even sending the steak back and getting another it was the same. We have been eating at Outbacks for years and always enjoyed the spicy flavor of the meats but this is way way too much.

  I have always loved Outback. However, TOMMY makes it exceptional. I would give him alone 10 stars. Definitely in my top 3 ALL TIME FAVORITE waiters! I feel like I've known him forever and he gets the order right and quick. Over and above!
