  The worst run McDonald’s in the world. Most employees have little empathy towards customers. It’s time for a management change. This is the “Arch” burger they served my 16 year old daughter. Everyone likes a raw burger, right?

  What is wrong with the people you hire. I asked for a double cheeseburger with nothing on it except for the ketchup and cheese and I double checked that they got that THREE TIMES. Do you know what I got? Onions, pickles, onions, NO KETCUP AND NO CHEESE. I haven’t eaten all day yall are playing in my face

  Went through the drive through at 9:45 pm and ordered a Big Mac meal and a McDouble both sandwiches were hard at the bottom of the bun like it had been sitting for a long time and then my fries tasted soooo bad!! This isn’t the first time my food was poor quality and that burger was not fresh at all it was literally dark too. Please correct your staff and have them greet guests at window and give receipts cause whoever was in the window didn’t acknowledge us at all besides taking our money for food that’s been sitting for a couple hours!!! Go somewhere else save your time and $

  Today is April 2nd 2026. My French fries were so cold. It was a joke, they said they made fresh fries. They couldn'want a free meal. Get back to me if not do better McDonald's sad.

  I can't begin to tell you how utterly disgusted I am to experience this level of inaccuracy. I have been tremendously inconvenienced after visiting this location while I was on this side of town today. I ordered my son a mcnugget happy meal and we drove back home which is due north. When we got home and opened the mcnugget container, my son explained to me that there were no nuggets in the box and that there were two chocolate chip cookies. When I looked myself, I could not believe that anyone could be this oblivious. It's pretry obvious there is absolutely no quality checking for accuracy at this location. And because I ordered through the mobile app, they make it nearly impossible to get a refund for their negligence!!! And there is no way I'm driving all the way back to this location for a correction to what should've never happened. UPDATE: I called the restaurant and spoke with a staff member regarding the issue. He stated that I would need to return to the restaurant to be issued a refund. So he took my name and told me to ask for a manager and give them my name. The next day, I left work early and drove all the way back to this location for my refund. Keep in mind that gas is $4.39/ gal here and I drive a large SUV. When I arrived, I requested a manager. The lady who I interacted with told be verbatim that she was the manager, when indeed she WAS NOT!!! So I explained everything to her and she stated she could only replace the meal. I explained that I don't want the meal because I was told that I'd be issued a refund if I provided my receipt, which I did! So she finally calls the actual manager, I'm assuming, and he stated the same thing. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused my request! I asked for his name and employee number and she refused to give me his last name and employee number, only his first name. So for anyone who ever has an issue with your order, this is the service you can expect from people who are completely incompetent and don't care about other people! I will NEVER visit this location ever again!!!
