  Nothing good can be said about this location. If a franchise location, the franchisee needs to lose the license. If corporate, they need to be looking at stats and immediately make changes. Multiple times it takes 35 to 40 minutes from order to food delivery in drive thru. You can sit at the drive thru speaker for 15 to 20 minutes alone and nowhere to go since you are boxed in. This is every time the last 3 times, and now never again! Also. If you go inside, you get ignored. Nothing is quicker inside so you will jusy hang out in the lobby for over 30 minutes eating for a burger. Please do not make the mistake of using the app. You are screwed waiting damn near an hour for your food. Which is served cold. The workers also 3 times in a row have no clue what I ordered in drive thru as the system is too confusing for them to utilize. Every manager here needs fired and replaced as this kind of disaster comes from the top down. And then each employee needs scrutinized as well since they may all need replaced. This location might be beyond saving. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to eat. And if McDonald's is a must, avoid this one at all costs. And if you live near here. You can drive across town to another location and back home twice before you even get served here the wait times are so bad. SHUT IT DOWN. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO MCDONALD'S.

  No words.... Disgusting... Mcdonald's is pretty good if you go to the right location. This isn't the right location.. I live in Clearwater nursery and Belcher now that McDonald's knows what's up. Always odd always fresh... I wonder if it has anything to do with the employees that actually work there 🤷‍♂️ Something to think about

  This MCD's is a gem just tuck away down on 4th St S. I HOPE I HAVE THE RIGHT ONE. Any Who! The staff is great and I have a ongoing relationship with the Carmel Frappee...extra Carmel. I joined the rewards app just to gather my Frappee Points. In my eyes that's what they are for but in reality the Reward App Rewards in many ways. Look it up - highly recommended it. PS stop in next time your down 4th St S - Do not be silly enjoy some MCD's.

  El personal es muy grosero y lento. Solicite el servicio a la mesa y la mujer que me lo trajo fue muy grosera. No quiso darme su nombre. Tenía el cabello largo/rulo con polera amarilla. Por otro lado varias de las mesas sucias y el baño de hombre no estaba limpio. Personas como ellas no deberías de trabajar en un local turístico y menos de 24 horas. Es la mujer de la foto

  I came to this McDonald's around 8:20 a.m. this morning. I ordered hotcakes and sausage and egg McMuffin meal. I didn't receive a receipt for my order. When I got to work I noticed that they did not give me any syrup or butter for the hotcakes nor did they give me a sausage patty for my hotcakes and sausage that I ordered. I tried calling the store twice regarding this matter, and no one answered the phone. If I had the time I would have went back to the location for them to correct my order but unfortunately I didn't. This location needs to do a better job of making customers orders correctly and giving them what they paid for!
