  Victoria is an amazing barista. I visit almost every day for a cappuccino, and she’s never disappointed, always delicious and made just right.

  The staff used to be friendly and I felt that I was valued for my patronage. Unfortunately, the last time I was there I ordered a large black coffee (which has been my standard beverage for over the past year at this location) and instead received an iced coffee after I had paid. I pointed out the mistake and I was given the correct coffee after. Not a big deal at first. But then I realized that they sell their iced coffee for more than the regular hot coffee I ordered. I wasn't given a refund for the difference during the mix up and I was a bit annoyed so today when I went for a cup of coffee I brought up the incident and overcharge that occurred during my last visit. The employee was dismissive of my concern and instead of any reassurances that it won't happen again or I don't need to worry about being overcharged again instead I got "that must be so upsetting" as the response instead of any kind of accountability. The employee said she was new and didn't even know if she could do anything to help. Honestly, I don't blame her but I blame the training and procedures in place. It should be standard practice to reimburse customers the difference in price when the wrong order is presented. Staff should be trained in what to do if there's a wrong order with an overcharge. I don't need to question if I'm being overcharged for my coffee so don't plan on returning to this location again soon.

  I was there when a woman was berating the barista about not comping her drink when shes the one that didn’t say anything when she was handed the wrong drink, and the barista isnt even the one who messed up in the first place, it had happened like weeks ago😭😭 I felt awful for her, Tapestry is always so sweet, and didn’t deserve that.

  Obsessed!! Highly recommend anything with their lavender//vanilla syrup and of course my go-to—the savory pastry!!

  My first visit ever and the ladies there this morning was beyond nice. Their spirits was so welcoming and I can't express how nice they were. To the ladies that suggested hazelnut thank you. Because I couldn't tip just had to leave a review. In from Tampa but I'll drive for excellent customer service. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
