- RAROBBIE ALLEN4 days ago5.0We had a great time here. Not just a fancy driving range. If you have not tried Top Golf, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. Service was great, helpful and friendly staff, great place to entertain friends. Food was surprisingly good. Wings were really good.
- SGSean Gifford5 days ago1.0WOW! Had an event planned for a couple weeks now for my retail store team. It is supposed to be tonight but 3/4 of my team is sick and want to reschedule or use the 25% deposit as a credit for the future. I went online to cancel and wont let me look up my event. They tell me that its easier on the app so I downloaded the app still cant find my event. I call company to talk to a sassy AI helper that said they were directing me straight to the location to talk to them but no one ever answered after 30 minutes. I call again they send me to someone on the customer service team. The guy said he was attempting to contact the St.Petersburg team but then hangs up on me. I do the whole process again and get another guy on the phone saying I have to email them but they don't work on Sundays but they will respond. I told him I haven't heard from anyone after sending an email this morning he said they will respond eventually and then HE hung up on me..... what the heck??!! Terrible terrible experience and rude.
