  Been there several times every trip was a disappointment asked for our beef sandwichs dipped or wet guess they don't understand even asked if they new what I was asking for they said yes but I didn't get what I asked for I have determined I will have to wait until I get back to Illinois to get a good beef sandwich very sad poor management employees not trained don't waste your time many other better restaurants in the. Area

  Kimberley and Rebekah greeted us and helped us through the ordering process. Later, we ordered some more! Both Rebekah and Kimberly were friendly and gracious! Jacob also helped out and he was also friendly and on point. We enjoyed the food although Portillo's does not publish ingredients and the dipping sauces include artificial and bio engineered ingredients. I just stayed away from risky stuff and stuck with meat, pickles, sport peppers and veggies due to my strict dietary restrictions.

  I had a 10 am brunch on Sunday morning, consisting of a burger, hot dog and fries. Not my norm, but a fantastic choice in this particular venue. You won't find a fresher product unless it's Freddy's or Five Guys. This location is a fantastic facility: bright, clean and invoking the cheerful decor of 1950s Americana. If you haven't tried it yet, seek out your closest Portillo's and redefine your experience of so-called fast food.

  ★★★★★ This place was awesome. The whole restaurant has a really cool theme and atmosphere that makes the experience fun from the moment you walk in. Everything was super clean, including the bathrooms, which is always a big plus. Ordering was quick and easy, and the food came out great. I had the hot and spicy beef, and it was fantastic—packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Overall a great spot with great food and a fun vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Portillo’s in St. Petersburg has a great atmosphere. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and everything moved quickly, which made for a really good overall experience. The food this time around was just okay. I do feel like it can be a bit hit or miss because I have been here before and the food was absolutely amazing. I am a big fan of Chicago dogs and Italian beef sandwiches, and Portillo’s usually does a great job with both. Their chocolate cake shake is also one of my favorites. Even though this visit was not quite as good as the last, I will definitely be back to give it another try.
