  Just a doordash driver but these guys are on top of everything making sure no orders are messed up and quick about everything. Its also a very friendly atmosphere they work great as a team!!

  I placed an online order with Papa John’s, and when the pizza arrived, it was incorrect and not even cut. The store offered to remake the pizza, but it was already late at night, so I declined and was told I would receive a refund. Over two weeks later, I still had not received my refund. When I called the store to follow up, they blamed DoorDash, saying that because DoorDash delivered the order, the refund had to be processed through them. I was then told they would contact DoorDash and issue the refund. That refund never happened. Each time I call now, no one can give me a clear answer or take responsibility. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Passing customers back and forth between the restaurant and DoorDash without resolving the issue is unacceptable. This experience reflects very poor customer service, and because of it, I will not be ordering from Papa John’s again.

  Papa John’s was courteous on time. They did not honor my 50% off card when my husband presented it in person. However, when I called back and explained I had questions and asked instead of online, whether I could give them my order over the telephone, the call center said yes, they refunded 50% of a four pizza order.

  The one star is for the pizza oven. It undercooks the pizza and doesn’t taste good. We live near by and order from the Pasadena PJ even though this one is across the street. The staff is super friendly and great. This location just has to fix its oven.
