I even stopped ordering drinks (latte, americano, cold brew even…) and just getting espressos. I would bring my own sweetener and cream. I haven’t been back in about a year…this morning I ordered three shots of espresso over ice. I was handed a hot cup with them in it and when I referenced my order I asked for them to make it fresh…but then I found myself in this weird back and forth conversation about plastic cups and creama. Maybe that’s where they’ve missed the mark…who knows…but espresso over ice is not the same taste as ice added to espresso.

They know our orders, always make sure we're up to date on rewards/using the app, and they always give our dog a treat! My husband loves the Aloha Latte Iced with a large cookie and I love getting a hot Lavender Vanilla Almond Milk Latte. Now that the FPSL is back for the fall, that is my go-to drink from them. They do have a few gluten free snacks available for those who are GF.
