  Absolutely terrible service, the man with the long hair and ear plugs was incredibly audacious and when asked to do a basic task such as add more to my order/make it a combo, he gave too much attitude when that is literally his job. As a former Jimmy Johns employee I am severely devastated to see this direction which the business is taking. Once again I am incredibly saddened by this turn in service and will not be dining in again. I would also like to add they do not carry Poweraid a Jimmy Johns staple. They also charged me extra for extra mayonnaise that did provide running my tab up. Do not recommend -10/10.

  John was working by himself when my family came in during dinner rush and he was working by himself. He let us know he’d get to us right when we walked in and even held our spot mentally as others came in behind us. Not only was the food great but it came out fairly quick and the facilities weee clean as well. Great job, John!

  Not sure why they have only one person working at busy times like lunch time on a friday, saturday, sunday. We went in sunday at 1230 and there were 9 people waiting and one worker. Also the one guy says please and thank you to the workers but his tone idk i hope he's nice to the workers when customers aren't around. Id also say be careful touching things with gloves on then touching food. Yes I did ask for a change a gloves because that's cross contamination. Idk eating out anymore just isnt worth it.

  Tried to order from this place for my lady that I take care of it's been over an hour and now that I have called them 10 times the keep hanging up on me worst customer service ever we still don't have the food and I can't just leave and go up there
