This location is trash- cannot beleive chipolte regional leadership lets this place perform lile this. Food is bad. Kitchen is unsanitary (heard employees talking about poor cleaning practices) and staff is unfriendly. Very very bad. Oh and they dont like to give you a receipt so it is more difficult to leave feedback with corporate.

Then they always charge me for guac when guac is included with veggie burritos which is what I always get. Just throw the entire restaurant away. #trash

The facility also where they were making the food both on the line and in the back were absolutely disgusting and covered and filth. I promise I will drive across the city to go to any other Chipotle before coming to this location. Somehow this is the newest one in the area?!, what a complete disappointment chipotle please do better.

Not 1 person took an order until 7:30. 1 employee was in the restroom and finally came out after 15 minutes… over 16 people were in line! Bad service! Whats wrong with the employees doing their job and helping the paying customers!
- TSTal SanfordDec 11, 20251.0They have a drive-thru line that does not have a drive-thru. It is a pickup window with no sign or indication that you cannot order. I sat at the window for 10 minutes before the rudest person I have ever met in my life sauntered over and said "name for the order?" And I said is this a drive-thru line "No pick up only." I said "Well you all need a sign here So your customers know. I might as well have been talking to a brick wall. The worker pretty much blew me off as if I was saying nothing but there needs to be some indication that you cannot order through the window That's common courtesy. But that location has lost my business. Forever. And it is quite unsanitary to touch every surface with your food prep gloves on and then go back to handling your customer's food. I did witness this through the drive-thru or I guess pick up window.
