    We went to chipotle tonight at about 7:15pm. The woman preparing our meal, had such a nasty attitude and was being rude the entire time. This is the second time in a row we went to this chipotle and an Employee had a terrible attitude. It had been months since we last went because that man that made our food last time had such a bad attitude. We were trying to give this location another chance however we will not be going back. We left our food And are on our way to another chipotle. Fingers crossed they’re not so miserable to be at work.

    Alena at the register should get a raise for customer service and helping the very slow guy working next to her. The last time I was here he had long line from being so slow. She stepped right up and had 3 bowls done before he ever finished one and then went back to the register. If she is not a manager she should be. This place needs some better help.

    If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a problem. The music was blasting so loud it was impossible to even think, let alone have a normal conversation with the staff. It didn’t feel welcoming or professional at all—it felt chaotic, careless, and flat‑out disrespectful to customers. On top of that, the young man behind the counter didn’t even bother to greet us. No “hello,” no smile, nothing. Just a blank stare and a rude, rushed “what do you want?” as if I was inconveniencing him by walking in. I tried to place my order—a bowl with brown rice, no beans, chicken, and carnitas—but the music was so loud I could barely hear him, and instead of showing patience, he acted annoyed. The way he prepared my food was the final straw. He wasn’t just careless—he was downright sloppy. He was literally slapping the food into the bowl, letting it spill over the sides, and making it look like a mess I wouldn’t serve to anyone, let alone pay for. It was disrespectful, like he couldn’t care less about the quality of what he was serving. I stopped him right there and told him I didn’t want it. Why should I spend my money on something that looks like it was thrown together with zero effort? Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, he just walked off like it didn’t matter. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how little this place values its customers. Another employee eventually came over, put on gloves, and asked how he could help, but by that point I was disgusted and ready to leave. The damage was already done. This wasn’t just a bad experience—it was a disgrace. The atmosphere was unprofessional, the service was rude, and the food preparation was sloppy and unacceptable. I walked out without ordering, and I will never return. Management needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run, because right now it’s a complete embarrassment. If this is the standard they allow, then they clearly don’t care about their customers or their reputation. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. ---

    The food was ok - 3 stars. The service is appalling. I app’ed an order, got there minutes after it was ready and pulled up to the drive through window where I was ignored for 5 minutes by a woman preparing meals and never looking at the drive through. I finally knocked on the window and the woman right there waved me off. I waited another minute then parked and went inside. I waited at the digital order area by the shelves for those orders with another ignored person and after 5 minutes there, got in line. I asked for it there and got my burrito finally. I won’t be back. Making me sit there like an idiot ignored is never acceptable, so forget Chipotle. Never ever again.

    I'm thrilled to have Chipotle in the area I am hoping that over time this location gets it together I try my best to continue to patronize this location because I would hate for it to go out of business My first time visiting I had a great experience from then on it just keeps getting worse there are a few employees in there that work their butts off and I thank them every time however there are a couple people in there that are just taking up space and killing payroll. There is a lady there with a disproportionate body that struts around the restaurant giving orders but does absolutely nothing other than walk around with the unit on her face like she's mad at the world she is the bad Apple and needs to go immediately I have a good feeling she's management but I truly hope she's not Welp here we go again. I tried once again and highly disappointed this is my last time ever stepping foot in this place again. I truly do not understand how or why this place is ran the way it is, absolutely terrible service
