As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The two guys working inside were not rude or anything but definitely lacking personality and had horrible attitudes, but did a good job getting my food together and was not disrespectful. It was just like talking to a wall. The burger was overcooked and half the fries were stuck together as a large chunk and undercooked. They were delicious but I was disappointed as a fast food stop. If I do go back, it'll only be for the fries, and I'll expect them to be stuck together and under cooked.

AI takes your order, but the folks running the store are bound to hand you an incomplete order, walk away from you, and not even speak when they finally come through to make good on it. Advice for the owner: Hire some folks with decent customer service, or you'll be shutting the doors for good like so many other locations. It's just pathetic. With this level of "service" how can one be confident that the food is even safe?
