She was kind, talkative, and full of personality the entire time even when I came to pick up my order she came out to my car and greeted me within seconds, with a beautiful smile on her face. I’ve never had this great of service before, even when I’m dining in somewhere. I’m used to plain and normal responses when i pick food up from anywhere but Samantha completely changed my experience and I will be coming back again! I don’t know if she works only Togo, but Im hoping I can come in with my family soon to have her as my Server! Great experience, great food, and such a wonderful job done by Samantha! She made my whole day! Thank you Carrabba’s!

This place used to be flawless, now it's just another restaurant waiting for customers who have good memories of it.

Avery is one of the most attentive, friendly and thorough servers that I've ever had. I will be back with bells on! She refilled our iced tea without needing to ask, she smiled often ( VERY IMPORTANT) and timed the food delivery perfectly. Sometimes one feels rushed through a meal or alternatively, feels like the food takes forever to arrive...but, nope, not at Carrabbas with Avery as your server. She should be the trainer for every server in Florida! Thankyou Avery! We will be back and we will ask for you!

What really stood out was how calm and capable she was, even while multitasking her other tables. Any small needs we had were handled immediately and graciously, and her positive attitude never wavered. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares deeply about the guest experience. Service like this makes all the difference and is the reason we’ll be returning and recommending this restaurant to others. Avery is an absolute asset to the team.

Yes the food is good- most of the time. It took nearly 15 minutes To get my server at the table, another 20 for my appetizer and salad, 20 minutes to get some water and another 45 minutes for my food. Our server was nearly nonexistent, and anytime we needed water we waited a while before having to flag down another server. My food comes out not even hot…. Crazy.
