  Our dinner this evening was delicious and the service we received from Emily was exceptional. She was friendly, yet professional. She made sure our water glasses were full and was extremely attentive to our table. She brought us the specials menu and lets us know about the take-home meals, which we decided to order. When we return we will request her and will certainly recommend Carrabba’s and this excellent server to our friends.

  Service was absolutely awful. The restaurant seems more focused on take out orders than on dine in customers ,or is inadequately staffed. Salads delivered before appetizers. Had to remind waiter about drink orders which arrived with salads. Birthday for our father/father in law and his favorite meal was unavailable with no great explanation as to why, other than manager said the item was not available, per our waiter. Manager never came to table. When meals came 20-25 minutes after salad , some were cold. Had to remind waiter to bring dessert 25 minutes after we ordered it. Had to clear our own plates and unused wine glasses from our table to an adjacent one, to make room for dessert, this after 6 staff members sang happy birthday in Italian at our table , nearly overloaded with dirty dishes, then just walked away. The most disappointing Carrabba's experience at this particular location, sadly at a birthday dinner for an 89 year old man who was so looking forward to his favorite menu item. There are so many ways the manager could have made this evening better. Could have asked to speak to her, but should not have had to. Waiter, service staff and manager all need remedial training in customer service

  A huge shout out to Carrabba’s for making my mother’s surprise 90th birthday a success. TJ was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 34 people, which he served with patience, kindness and a great sense of humor. Everyone’s orders were correct and the food was great. We even had a few gluten free people in our party and they said their food was excellent . I also want to thank hostess Daysha ( ? Spelling ) who helped me with the planning and tolerated all my phone calls and questions. The small dining room was perfect.

  TJ was our server for my mom’s 90th surprise birthday party and did a wonderful job. We had roughly 35 people for lunch and TJ was very attentive to everyone in the room. The food was great and the entire staff made sure the event went off without an issues. We’d definitely come back. Thanks again TJ.

  We hosted our 2025 department Holiday Dinner at Carrabba's St. Pete (next to Sunken Gardens). From booking and sorting out the space and menu beforehand to our evening-of experience, we received top-notch customer service. Deja and Brittany answered all my advance questions, worked with us on a date change after we realized we had a conflict, made vegetarian options available on top of our three preset entree selections, asked for and then accommodated our preference re: event room set up, and scheduled plenty of staff for our large group. Gigi, TJ, Lexi, Makaela, Heather, and Jared did a phenomenal job night of taking care of us, and the bar and kitchen staff's creations were scrumptious. (It was happy hour, and we loved the mini charcuterie boards that accompanied the wine!) The event room's privacy offered the perfect space for socializing and its holiday decorations added greatly to the evening's festivity and atmosphere. Our director recommended this spot for its affordability, parking availability, and central location and we got so much more than that; as a former event planner, I can honestly say this Carrabba's was one of the best, most helpful, and pleasurable venues I've ever worked with. I received great kudos from our attendees but the credit goes to our committee who chose the venue and Carrabbas St. Pete for their team's hard work, dedication, and service. Five stars and a wholehearted recommendation from us, indeed!
