  So I called bonefish and grill tonight and ask for a manger not to complain but to make sure my order be made right I always order the bang bang tacos with everything on the side because I like to assemble it myself when in ready to eat last time it was all put together (which i didnt want)i stated to the manger that I dont want anything for free just make sure my order is right I get there and rhe manger Jess(the best) was like im taking care your order NO CHARGE I fought with her saying that I will PAY its no problem but she insisted even tried to tip her she said NO!! What a blessing I love tho location they are the BEST‼️ My Mrs.Jess be BLESSED!! Thank you so much -Alicia-

  The food was absolutely delicious and our waiter Aiden was amazing. Aiden actually saved the night. When we first arrived we were greeted by a host, I asked her name and it was Haley. She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for a baby seat. We were very close to turning around and going to a different restaurant. Then the rest of the evening we saw her walking around with the scowl on her face. It was extremely off-putting. We came here expecting professionalism And she treated us like we didn't belong even though we were all dressed nice. Luckily Aiden was one of the most outgoing and friendly waiters. We spent around $200 and we tipped Aiden really good. We are glad we still ate there even though Haley treated us with such disrespect, It really upset my friend who is the mother of the kid, we didn't ask much but she treated us like we were asking the world. The food was delicious though, We loved the specials

  Recently had dinner there . I had the Diablo linguine . It was absolutely saturated in sauce and vegetables and pasta were overcooked . Tho is not a good choice !

  Yesterday (2.13.2026) we had the misfortune of one of the worst servers ever at Bonefish. It started poorly as she was late getting to our table....my husband's order was wrong. While we were not quite halfway thru our meal, she placed the dessert menu on the table and proceeded to tell us about the featured dessert and....for the topper while we were still eating she asked if she could box things up? Don't know if she missed Serving 101 but this young woman was nothing short of a disaster and made what is always a pleasant dining experience an annoyance.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. The menu listed “lobster and filet,” and naturally, I expected filet mignon. Everywhere I’ve ever dined, when a restaurant advertises “filet,” it means filet mignon. Instead, what was served was not filet mignon, which felt misleading and honestly like false advertising. The lobster portion was also quite small, and the broccoli was underwhelming and forgettable. Overall, the meal did not meet expectations, and the description on the menu should be clearer to avoid misleading customers.
