  First entering the restaurant lady at the front counter was just standing there. Didn't say a word. Not hi welcome in nothing. Moving on to the food: The beef and cheddars I ordered where made immediately, but the potato cakes and the peach cobbler rolls were not even made. Also I had two jamoka shakes that watered down and melted by the time I got my full order. You would think a place that sells food would have food available. Also I was not told but I could hear them talking in the back but the food was not made. Atmosphere was like a dead fish after a hurricane. We can now tell and see why Arby's is going downhill. Need a new manager or CEO.

  Person at drive thru had very very bad attitude so I didn't even order. Tried to call and no one answered.

  We ordered our food, then went to the condiment counter where I grabbed a condiment cup to get some ketchup. The girl that I think was the manager yelled at me to not take the cups. She was still behind the counter. I was so embarrassed that I asked if I should throw it away because I touched them. She came over to tell me that i could use it. There were customers there. I felt humiliated. Not very nice at all.
