  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Most of the time, the employees here have a great attitude and provide good service, which is why this visit stood out even more. The girl assisting me today around 5pm had a noticeably negative attitude from the start, no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. Even after I said “thank you,” there was no response at all. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when you work in customer service, basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum. Experiences like this are exactly why customers choose to go elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces the importance of customer service.

  Horrible store and grumpy and unhelpful staff!! The food looks like dog food, I hope customer support looks into this store... HORRIBLE!!!!!

  Paul did an excellent job!! He was the definition of multi tasking, taking online orders and helping us and the line that came in after us. Between the drivers coming to pick up orders, our party of 4, and another party of 5….it was a revolving door of customers. He took it all with patience and enthusiasm. I am incredibly impressed with him and the way he took care of everyone and got all of the orders on point. Have patience with these workers, they are working and most of the time solo.

  This might be the most efficient Subway I have ever been to. The staff is amazing at lunchtime. I highly recommend this location!! Updated Review: 1/19/26 They are still amazing. We had a huge mobile order and they were so friendly and the food was awesome!! Still MY SUBWAY!!
