The person behind the counter was the ONLY person in the shop during the lunch rush (noon - 1pm). Thankfully, he knew what he was doing and the sandwich was perfect and wasn't too much later than the app predicted. This kind of scheduling is just wrong and dangerous. There should be, at least, 2 people in the shop during the hours of operation. The franchise owner is just asking for legal action in the event of an emergency. In any case, this was one excellent employee who was working very hard to keep up with the customer load. Don't lose him, as quality employees like him are very hard to find.

Made an online order, employee working there decided to serve an entire softball team that walked in after my and 2 others before me’s online order. Bad time management, terrible costumer service left hungry and will be attempting to cancel my order. My family will not be ordering from this location again. And from the sounds of it neither will the other disgruntled costumers before me.
