    Good food but my order was incorrect . The store manager is rude and not helpful at all. I would think that a store manager responsible for providing a service would at least a give you an apology and figure out how to correct your order but no. Not going back there again .

    Just ordered for pick up, got home - my wife was like... this looks small. Supposed to be 12" pizza, it's 11" - that's really disappointing. Because the pizza is smaller, we're getting less for our order... less toppings, less cheese... y'all wanna make this right for us? Is be happy to update my review...but as of now, wife and I were looking to have some play time and relax together but kinda nerfed the mood, ya know?

    I always come to this Papa John’s…. Asked for the time because I couldn’t wait the time that I was told… they told me. 5 mins… the guy play with people’s time and with the attitude only said that he was waiting to be out of the oven meanwhile was packing it…. If they are going to work with customer service and I am requesting to know a Estimated Time not treat busy people as your time is the only one that worth’s…. Awfull service

    How can you possibly count those 2 little guys as an actual breadstick? They should be freebies or at least give enough little ones to make a whole breadstick. This happens Every. Single. Time.

    The lady that has pink hair 10/10 really nice and working with a good attitude. Had to wait only like 10 minutes not like the papa John’s in Kissimmee 1 hour for a pizza. Delicious pizza.
