As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We waited at the window for about 15 minutes before anyone attended us. The girl looked at us and didn’t take our order until a few more minutes. We didn’t bother because we saw it was only 3 people. But when the girl finally opened the window she looked at us like we were crazy. Like why are we standing at the window. No hello, no how are you, no how can I help. She Only opened the window and raises her eyebrows. It was to the point where we asked if we can order at the window. Completely left us confused. (Girl with beige hoodie) When we finally got our food we asked for sauce. I kid you not the other girl working that shift (wearing red hoodie) DID NOT SAY A SINGLE WORD!! Absolutely nothing, I assume she can speak considering she has a headset with a mic! She was unbelievably rude! She then proceeded to throw the sauces carelessly and aggressively in the bag like if we were animals. She did not care a single bit. Then slammed the window. Unbelievable, I won’t be returning to this place. Their service is horrible, they will continue to make this store lose business because no one wants to return to a place they get treated poorly even if the food was good. This store tremendously lacks customer service the food was good for the price.
