Had a great experience at this Whataburger 5 hours ago, and I especially want to recognize the team lead, Jaidah. She was amazing very professional, helpful, and made the whole experience much better. It’s always nice to see someone with such a great attitude and strong customer service. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job and taking care of people. Thanks again, Jaidah!

My son wanted to try whataburger for the first time. Sad to say it was a disappointment. This was my first time to this location. Asked for a burger no onion. The wrapper itself even said no onion but open it to find onions inside anyways. Secondly I paid for a creamy pepper sauce that I never received. It's on me for not double checking the order. So lesson learned. Hope they get better.

Food came out fast, fresh, and actually tasted like it should — which isn’t always a given. The staff stood out even more than the food. Friendly, efficient, and knew how to handle customers without the usual chaos you see in fast food. Overall, solid experience and exactly what you want when you’re stopping in.

Ordered ahead of time after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. got a patty melt with mayo, ketchup, lettuce and bacon. or so i thought. Once i returned home, I find a burnt bun with no cheese, a pound of lettuce, tomatoes and Spicy ketchup. like...what..? why even take my order? this is the second time i've ordered a burger here and it is a completely random order i end up getting. I'm not sure how thats even possible. Thanks for wasting my time and money Whataburger and not offering a refund because I had no receipt. (I was not offered a receipt at time of pick up) EXTREMELY Disappointed. Have fun ripping off other people 👍
