He spoke disrespectfully, acted careless, and his overall attitude made the visit uncomfortable. The way he handled customers was completely unacceptable, and his unnecessary nonsense behavior showed a lack of basic customer service skills. I hope the management addresses this issue, because experiences like this make it hard for customers to return.
- JGjared graySep 12, 20251.0i stopped to sit down and eat after getting off work, biggest mistake ive made in MONTHS. the woman didnt put cheese on my sandwich and i wasnt paying attention enough and didnt notice until i sat down and took a bite. took it back and she pointed at mayonnaise saying “theres cheese u just cant see it”. i work in a restaurant myself. and have tastebuds. I WOULD TASTE THE CHEESE IF IT WAS ON THERE. didnt even wanna sit down and eat anymore after she made a new one.
