  I love getting a nice dinner. They have a great variety of food options. They have some of the best specials sushi rolls and ramen noodles. I highly recommend checking them out.

  Food is excellent! If you visit this restaurant please do yourself a favor and ask for the #11 and the Trinity roll. Tuna and the other two working at the sushi bar are super friendly and give you a really great experience. Definitely worth it!

  We were visiting St Augustine for the first time and I wanted some ramen. The first place we attempted was rather pretentious and said they were reservation only... OK, we really dodged a bullet by not eating there and finding this gem instead! And in the end we both ordered sushi rolls and they were delicious! I got the happy wife and my husband got the spider roll and the holy moly roll. Great staff, nice location- est here!

  My husband and I went to Ginger Bistro on a weekend trip to St. Augustine from Jacksonville and it was so delicious! Everything we ate was very flavorful, fresh and filling without being too heavy. My favorite roll was the Lucky 7. It’s torched salmon wrapped around mango and scallops. 10/10! If you love salmon rolls you will enjoy this one for sure. The other MUST GET roll is the Tuna Trinity. It’s not really a roll, it has crispy rice on the bottom and three different types of tuna layered with avocado. I’ve never seen sushi served this way and I can’t wait to try it again. We also got the salmon skin roll (incredible umami smokiness), a spicy salmon and the Jimmy Smith roll, which was fried but extremely clean, crispy and flavorful without being heavy or greasy. All the rolls were 10/10 and I don’t say that lightly. My husband and I have eaten at many many sushi restaurants, he’s even been to Nobu and he agrees that this was top 3 sushi restaurants we’ve ever been to. We’d make the drive down to St. Augustine for this place again. I definitely plan to come back and try the ramen. The chef took a break and ate a huge bowl of ramen so you know it’s good! The staff were very friendly and courteous, everything was clean and the food came out fast. I 100% recommend this place, especially if you’re within a reasonable driving distance to St. Augustine!
