I called to check on status of delivery and was told that they had just canceled my order because the phone number wasn’t correct???? I’m not even sure what to say other than … horrible customer service?

I order a two topping with jalapenos and Italian sausage, and there was legitimately about 6 of each on the entire pizza. It was a coupon , but I do not feel like that should have an effect. I'm usually not the one to complain but I felt like this warranted it.

- AKAaron KestersonJul 9, 20251.0We order from here often, however this time I ordered due to a busy day and wouldn’t have time to make dinner, after waiting for my order for almost 2 hours and being told that he is in my neighborhood and to just wait longer, the order never arrived, called back and they didn’t really care to do anything about it. 1 star on everything, don’t even have food to review cause the delivery driver can’t read an address….. instead someone else gets more then they paid for for free, and they don’t offer to fix the issue for me….
