    We had a blackberry and red sangria at the bar while we waited on our to-go order. Blackberry was the winner. We got our order and went home to find we were missing the Alfredo sauce on the chicken parmesan we asked for instead of red sauce. As well as our salad was missing. I did return to get the salad and they gave us an extra house 🥗 salad, which was nice. But when returned with it home the other food was cold then. Would have been great if they double checked the order.

    Carrabba’s in St Augustine is a great place to enjoy a very good meal. The food is consistently good and well prepared, with plenty of options on the menu. What really stands out at this location is the service, which was excellent, attentive, and friendly. The staff made the experience even better, turning a good meal into a great one. A solid choice for Italian food in the area.

    We went from literally being seated to being told to wait a moment to being at the back of a line of people who arrived after us. All for a party of three with no seating restrictions. The staff’s response was “It’s alright.” Terrible front staff. Long time patron that won’t be back.

    The place looks clean, but one of the cooks has a long beard and isn't wearing a hairnet. One of the steaks that was ordered medium-well was undercooked, and the draft beers needed to be colder.

    Terrible experience. Didnt have the chance to even eat. Hostess was too busy to turn around and serve us. When she finally decided to turn around all she said was “3”. She brought us to a dirty table removed the dishes and sat us. Under the table had used napkins and food from the previous guest. Absolutely rediculous. 10/10 would not go back. Do not recommend going here. This is why there is no business here. It was dead on a Saturday afternoon.
