I have to drive from downtown St Auggie to JAX all the time for treatments and they are my pick me up, my happy place, my make my whole day better place!!! They are all so kind and smiley, and also remember me every time and my order! Haha! My little one especially loves Mia and Hope! They always go out of their way to acknowledge her and make her feel special and happy! Luv U DB!!!

Thankfully this was free, it would’ve been close to $8. I’m assuming the free drink is to try to get you to become a customer, so maybe we would pay better attention to orders? No sour straw Unsure about the sour shot ( again ive never been here) i’m not sure what my drink is really supposed to taste like. My drink also had so much ice, I took it out to see how much product I actually had. This is what it was. I took one sip, as you can see in the first drink picture. Honestly, I probably won’t go back. I’ve been trying to find a drink place for the morning that does not mess up my order. Drinks are so expensive. I’m just happy this one was free and now I know. I gave four stars because the young lady who came outside to take orders was very nice to me. I was unsure of where to pick up my drink because it said that the drive-through and pick up were two different things. But it was really the one line. I guess the pick ups are for a walk ups, which I did not know.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
