  I had an Uber eat delivery last night from Carrabba's. First of all the delivery person left it at the wrong door. Second of all my food was ice cold when I got it I ordered a side of minestrone soup to take to work the next day for lunch only to open the container up and see that it is nothing more than spaghetti sauce. You people should be ashamed of yourself. What a disappointment and a lot of money spent. My coworker saw this and are pretty much turned off by what they saw instead of soup I got spaghetti sauce

  I really do not want to post this, but I feel the service at the bar needs to be addressed. I use to go to Carrabbas for their happy hours, dinner and great atmosphere. I use to love their wine dinners but after tonight I won’t be back. Tonight we went to try out their new appetizers and we sat at the bar and the bartender named Amanda, didn’t even say hello or welcome in, she kind of threw the menus at us. I was like “what was that about?”. We asked for some blackberry sangrias and I also asked for a Diet Coke. She forgot the Diet Coke so I asked the great bartender who is in a band if he could get me a Diet Coke and some silverware. He really stepped up to the plate and maybe our night would have went better if he stayed but his shift was over. So we got our food which was ok. My friend didn’t even eat her dinner. Said it had no taste. Amanda never once came over to asked if we need anything else or how our dinner was . I finally asked about getting another drink and some dessert. She got out drinks but totally forget my dessert. There was only one other person at the bar besides us. I told her to forget the dessert. That was the final nail. We got the check and left. I was going to sign up for the wine dinner but not going to happen. Very sad how Carrabbas in St Augustine was a major disappointment tonight for $78 dinner.

  Food was awful. Waitress was rude! Would not recommend! Go somewhere else and save your money!

  We haven’t been in years so we were excited to come for dinner. We have always loved the calamari appetizer but it came out right after we put the order in and wasn’t hot or even warm. There definitely was not enough time for it to have been cooked to order. It was cooler than room temp, but it was still tender and the sauces were good. Not sure if it’s pre cooked in a large batch and plated to order, and maybe sits and gets cool. My fiancés lamb was good. The shrimp and mushrooms on the fettuccine weesie were good but the fettuccine was mushy, stuck together, and dry. There wasn’t much sauce on it. My fiance also got fettuccine as a side and it was the same. We had to track the waitress down for a drink refill and finally got it as we finished our meal. We only had interaction with her to put the order in, flag her down for a drink refill, and to pay. She was on her cell phone most of the time we were there. The restaurant was really slow as well, so it wasn’t a busy evening where the waitstaff were swamped. Was disappointed knowing what the quality used to be. I remember there used to be really great waitstaff as well. It definitely was not the quality of a $100 meal. Maybe it was just an off night. As we were paying, an older couple walking out remarked their experience was awful.
