  I ordered my food to go from here and even after arriving late the food was still very hot and very good. Although it took a minute to get someone to help they still were very friendly. Great service overall

  Ok called in an order nothing to crazy for lunch and waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for this order! Was told understaffed sorry and walked off with attitude! Seems to be a trend with this whole brand I’ve had issues else where. Food wasn’t that bad except cold when received it as it was already made sitting somewhere.

  It did not start off great. My wife and I got our table, waitress took our drink order, took 10 minutes to get those, she came back and took our order, waited 40 min to get that , When it came out ,It was cold... called the manager over and explained to Him, that it was cold. He took my food to the back and was only gone 5 min. It was timed. Brought my wings back and said the wings was a 2 step process, cook for8 minutes then again for another 8 minutes. How do you come back in 5 when it takes 19 minutes. SMH..Lied... Then went to pay bill. The waitress charged us Double the bill and already charged it to card... Had to get that straightened up. In the process of that, The Manager yelled across the restaurant at the Hostess Chloe for helping out , to keep things moving. Thanks again Chloe. 💯 .. Now mind there was maybe 8 tables not busy at all. Not even a I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Will not be there again. Poor Management. I feel for the staff that has to deal this kind of verbal abuse.. So Sad..

  Not busy at all but took forever to get drinks, took forever to take our order, food came out on the cooler side. They forgot part of my order when I finally got the rest of my order it was also on the cooler side and I had done finished the rest of my food, did not charge me for this. Dessert took forever to get to us, but at least it came out hot! We were there a total of 1 hour and 30 mins.

  Went in and stood at counter for 10 minutes. Uber driver said he doesn't work here but you can sit any where. We go to the bar and bartender says yea sitting here is easy for her. Sit another 10 minutes and never asked what we wanted to drink but was talk to patron about everyone else calling out so we walked out. Felt like we was a burden. Went next door to long horns and got a great meal with a great staff
