  The last few times we visited, we had to wait a long time to get our food, yet fries were cold and sandwiches were missing. I know everyone has bad days but this location has more issues than not the last several times we've been. We love Wendy's but this location needs help with proper management as it's severely gone down hill over the last year. We rather drive out of the way to go to another Wendy's than go to this location. Hope mgmt sees this feedback and corrects this location.

  Not the first time it’s happened Nobody pays attention and make sure order wrong by the time you realize you’re all the way at home who wants to turn all the way back to go back to return the order Wendy’s not far from me so I’m frequently there all the time this time I say something

  Don’t go to this location drive thru unless you don’t have any change to your order since it is an AI is the one getting orders and can’t deviate from plan questions. And if you have to get out with baby in your hands the service at front is worst stood for ten minutes with nobody asking me if I needed anything. Just watch as man in front just doing orders and not even trying to help or say that I could not order there and needed to use kiosk if it’s the only way to order in this location. Automated system or good if they can actually interact more but this one doesn’t not have that capability and if AI is know to not be able to work as intended than actually people need to be able to help guest when they enter.

  Idk how I can order 6 chicken nuggets for my kid and they give my 3. I guess they don't know how to count. Won't be coming back if they can't even hire a person who can count to 6

  Drive thru Got a #2 large Thank you so much. Food hit the spot. Hot, fresh, and order was right About 9:10 3/21. Tell all working employees Thank you. Go here offen, and never have an issue. Food is always fresh!
