- JVJane Verlander2 days ago1.0The girl at the drive thru window needs educating in regards to customer service. She closed the window on us while we were still speaking to her and we checked the order and she gave us one sauce for 20 chicken nuggets. We beeped the horn to ask for more she opened the window shut it again and hands over another sauce without saying a word and with a face that poured pure hate to us. The manager needs to reeducate his staff.
- SWShay Wilson5 days ago1.0The most RUDE people work here. I came in for breakfast today with my 3 kids. We ordered at the kiosk and sat down. They brought our food and all 4 of us say thank you and the 2 girls that brought our food looked at eachother and just walked away. I thought ok, no biggie. We order a treat for the kids, they bring it out and once again one of the same girls puts it down, we say thank you, real loud this time and then again, she doesn't even look at us, just walks away. I don't care how much you hate your job, you're a grown woman, you can say you're welcome to 3 children.

Missing sauces is even worse especially when you charge for them now. Even when I ask if the sauces are in the bag and I’m told they are, only to find they are not. Do better.

It seems every time I go to this McDonald's there's an issue, orders always wrong or missing items, this is the reason why I do not even bother going there anymore. Who's not being held accountable for this train wreck of a McDonald's location?
